Catholic Super Update
Changeover - Change of administrator from 1 April
Catholic Super will be changing its administration platform and provider. Catholic Church Insurances has been appointed as the future administrator for Catholic Super and will take over this function from 1 April 2010.
This is separate from the merge with National Catholic Superannuation Fund but does occur on the same day.

Online Access unavailable during changeover
We are moving to Catholic Church Insurances as the new administrator on 1 April 2010. Due to this changeover our online access will be unavailable for a period.
During that time Catholic Super will still be up and running – only the online facility will be unavailable. So any transaction you wish to do in this period, you can still do so, but not online. Just contact us.

Online Access moving to a new home
Changing administrator means our online account management facility, MemberAccess and EmployerAccess, are also moving to a new home with our new administrator, Catholic Church Insurances.
It will look different to what you’re used to but all functionality is still available to you. It will also have a name change and be called Member Online and Employer Online.
You will need to re-register for online access as password details will not be carried over to Catholic Church Insurances for security reasons. Look out for our communication on the steps to take to access your account online from 8th April for employers and 19th April for members.
Pension payment due on 27th March 2010
All pension payments that are due and payable on the 27th March 2010 will be brought forward to the 13th March 2010. This means that members on twice monthly payments will receive the two payments at the same time.
We have decided to take this action to ensure there are no delays to pension payments normally due on the 27th March which is during the transition phase.
Pension payment changes or lump sum withdrawals
If you are planning on changing the amount of pension you receive or making a lump sum withdrawal in March, we recommend that your request be lodged with our office by no later than Friday 5th March 2010.
Please note we will continue to accept lump sum withdrawals beyond this date but there may be some delays in requests being processed.
